RRC Group D Recruitment 2019: According to a notice released, the Railway RRC Recruitment 2019 process began on 12th March 2019 at 5 pm. RRC Group d last date 2019 for online registration was on 12th April 2019 at 23:59 hours. The final submission of application is 26th April 2019. Submit your application before the time runs out. Today is the last date to pay the offline fees through SBI challan or Post Office Challan. Candidates should pay the offline fees by 1 pm today. RRC Group D Recruitment 2019: RRC Level 1 Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for the exam, candidates must check the railway group d recruitment drive eligibility criteria. RRC Level 1 post aspirants must meet the following eligibility criteria:
1. Nationality
In order to appear for the examination, a candidate must be either:
a. a citizen of India, or
b. a subject of Nepal, or
c. a subject of Bhutan, or
d. a Tibetan refugee who came over to India, before January 1, 1962, with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
e. a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India
f. Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b), (c), (d), and (e) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India
2. Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the RRC Group D 2019 shall be a 10th pass or shall hold a degree in ITI from institutions recognised by NCVT/SCVT or an equivalent course or shall obtain the National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
3. Age Limit
Candidates applying for the RRC Group D Recruitment drive have to be 18 to 33 years of age as on 1st July 2019. There is relaxation in upper age limit for reserved categories:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC- Non-Creamy Layer: 3 years
Ex-Servicemen: 3 years
Persons with Disabilities (PwD) UR: 10 years
PwD OBC- Non-Creamy Layer: 13 years
PwD SC/ST: 15 years
Candidates ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989: 43 years of age
4. Medical Standards for The Posts
Applicants will have to get through the requisite medical fitness tests(s) in order to go forward with the Document Verification process. Medical tests are conducted to let the Railway Administration know that the applicants are medically fit to carry out the duties related to the post(s) opted by them. When it comes to medical fitness, visual acuity standard is one of tje important criteria that plays a major role. Medical requirements against different medical standards for various categories are mentioned as below:

How To Apply for RRC Group D Recruitment 2019?
Follow the steps as under to apply for Railway RRC Grade- D 2019 exam:
1st Step: Visit the official website of RRB: indianrailways.gov.in
2nd Step: Click on the “New Registration” button.
3rd Step: Confirm that you have read and understood the instructions by checking the box against the statement.
4th Step: Select the RRC to which you would like to apply.
5th Step: Enter your Personal and Contact details.
6th Step: Click on the “Verify through OTP” link on the home page of the online registration portal.
7th Step: On verification of both Email ID and Mobile Number, a unique Registration Number will be generated.
8th Step: Click on the “Candidate Login” button on the home page and log in using the Registration Number.

RRC Group D Recruitment: RRC Group D Application Fees
You can pay the RRC Level 1 application fees in both the online as well as offline modes. Online fees payment can be done through Debit Cards, Credit Cards, or Net Banking. In case of paying offline, the payment confirmation may take about an hour and therefore, you will be required to log in again after 60 minutes and check for confirmation of payment status.

RRC Group D Recruitment 2019: RRC Group D Selection Procedure
RRC recruitment group D level I involves a three-tier selection procedure:
- Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Document Verification (DV)
RRC Group D Exam Pattern For Computer Based Test (CBT)
The RRC Level 1 exam pattern for CBT is tabulated below:

1/3rd of the marks will be deducted in case of any wrong answer.
The minimum qualifying marks for CBT for various categories are:
General: 40%,
OBC (Non-creamy layer): 30%,
SC: 30%,

These percentages of marks can be relaxed by 2% for PwD candidates in case of shortage of PwD candidates against vacancies reserved for them.
RRC Group D Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Candidates who qualify in the CBT will be called for PET. The PETis qualifying in nature. Passing the PET is mandatory so as to go forward with document verification. Criteria for PET are as below:

RRC Group D Document Verification
Candidates will be called for the document verification process based on their performance in the Physical Efficiency Test. In case of two or more candidates securing same marks, their merit position shall be determined by age criteria i.e the older person shall be given preference. Documents required for the verification process are mentioned below:
- SC/ST certificate (if any)
- Matriculation/High School exam certificate or an equivalent certificate as proof for date of birth and matriculation qualification.
- NCVT(NTC/NAC)/SCVT certificate as applicable.
- OBC-NCL certificate.
- Non Creamy layer declaration by OBC candidates.
- Income certificate for waiving examination fee for Economically Backward Classes.
- Original discharge certificate for Ex-servicemen.
- Photocopy of both sides of Aadhar Card.
